Whew! We have had a busy time lately. But oh so good! We’ve hosted multiple sets of friends in our home, been to camp a couple times, hosted a large family for a community event, had our normal activities, ladies crafternoon around my dining table, will host island wide men’s prayer soon, and next week Jeremy travels an island over to help a church with some structural issues. And that’s not near all.
I’ve eaten more than I should have of baked goods and flours. But I’ve also learned how to bake simple bread and beautiful muffins. Remembered to exercise some and have some quiet time.
And thru it all….our eyes are on Him and His beauty and peace. We’ve been enjoying moments with friends that the Lord has sent. The friends and the moments. We’ve testified and shared of good times and bad. We’ve communed over food and good coffee.
I’m so thankful for how this season of life is going and thankful to God for allowing the slow down for us to enjoy daily life together. 🙌❤️
My prayer today is that you see Him in all the moments and in all the friends. All the nature. Take time and look. And read His word and spend time in prayer. Don’t forget to treat well the vessel of clay He has given to you.
